about creative push
Creative Push is a community-focused creative organisation based in South Yorkshire.
We run hands-on workshops and programmes for children, young people and adults, creating opportunities to try new things, learn skills and make something of your own.
Our sessions cover a mix of digital and physical making, from print and photography to design and illustration. everything is practical and supported, using real tools and materials.
why we do it
We believe creativity plays an important role in how people learn, grow and connect.
It can build confidence, open up new ways of thinking and give people a sense of pride in what they’ve made.
But access to that kind of experience isn’t always equal.
Creative Push exists to make it more available, especially for people who might not otherwise have the opportunity.
what we provide
We remove as many barriers as possible so people can focus on taking part that means:
access to equipment and materials
a welcoming, inclusive space
support from people who know the tools
food during longer sessions
You don’t need to bring anything or have any experience to get started.

We work with a wide range of people, including:
children and young people during school holidays
adults through workshops and community sessions
young people with additional needs, including SEND
Sessions are designed to be flexible and supportive, so people can take part in a way that works for them.
